Hannah Fitzhardinge is the gifted Program Director for the flagship Integral Women in Leadership program. She is passionately committed to working with individuals and organisations to increase the representation of women in positions of leadership.
Hannah has significant corporate and public sector leadership experience, having spent 15 years working in the resources sector and in politics. Her roles saw her engaged with various sectors of the Western Australian economy including mining, oil and gas, energy, indigenous community engagement, creative industries, information and communication technology.
Prior to joining Integral Development in 2011, she held an executive position at CITIC Pacific Mining as Director of Corporate Affairs. Before this she was a strategic communication adviser, and media and community spokesperson for Woodside’s Pluto LNG Project. She also spent six years as a communication adviser to the former Premier of Western Australia, Dr Geoff Gallop, in both opposition and government.
Her professional expertise includes leadership, management, government and stakeholder engagement, change management, employee engagement, media and external communication, health & safety, community relations and indigenous partnerships.
Hannah’s positivity and good humour, along with her natural rapport, frankness, focus on getting the job done and ability to go beyond the surface to draw out key issues places her as a highly influential leadership coach. Her passion for advancing women places her as one of Australia’s top leadership coaches.
