Justine Colyer is the vibrant and passionate CEO of the Rise network, a not-for-profit organisation that provides community care for individuals in the Perth metropolitan area. She is an exceptional leader and driver of culture that sees people grow and flourish.
Justine has over 20 years experience in strategic planning and project management, working in Europe and Australia in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She has worked pro bono for over a decade to support the rights of marginalised people and is now very excited to be heading up one of State’s leading not-for-profit organisations.
Justine’s work is so highly regarded in the not-for-profit sector, in 2013 she received the Distinguished Fellow of Leadership WA award for services to the community and in 2014 she was the recipient of a Community and Government accolade during Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
She is a strong believer in the fact that it’s just as easy to do the right, decent and ethical thing as it is to do the wrong thing.
Women, and the men who support them to achieve, can be fabulous business leaders in any sector and deliver great results for the people they work for without sacrificing the things that matter.
Justine’s call to action — go out today and pick one new emerging leader to support and mentor – they’ll thank you for it and so will WA.
